In this vibrant Nation’s economy, formation of Joint Venture by NLC India Ltd and UP Rajya Vidhyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd for construction of 3 x 660 MW Ghatampur Thermal Power Plant having Clean technologies for first mile connectivity (rail) for Coal supply, Super Critical Boilers for Coal Combustion, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) for de-NOx, Electro Static Precipitators (ESPs) for de-ash the flue gas, Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGDs) for de-sulphurisation, Ash Handling Silos for minimisation of dust pollution etc., has given a tremendous business opportunities for investors, suppliers, vendors, contractors to take part in the socio-economic development of the region and Nation. It is a great opportunity to every one who directly and indirectly contributing for the construction of the power Plant to excel at individual level and to have a feel of taking part in the Nation’s growth.

I am delighted to witness the momentous achievement in our journey towards excellence the successful completion of the Unit-1 Synchronization milestone of our GTPP, Thermal Power Plant on 04.11.2023. This is a memorable occasion that showcases our dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to excellence. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you who contributed to this remarkable achievement.

Synchronization of Unit-1 is not just milestone but it represents the testament to our collective capabilities, resilience, versatility and teamwork. It reflects the synergy of our teams working tirelessly to ensure that everything comes together seamlessly. This achievement is a result of your relentless efforts, technical expertise, clinical execution and the spirit of collaboration that defines our organization.

I would like to express my gratitude to each & everyone involved in this endeavor, who worked diligently to achieve this. I also take this opportunity to convey my heartfelt gratitude to the spouses and family members of my colleagues who have supported well taking care of all requirements when you are working at field for extended hours.

At the moment when we celebrate this achievement, let us also remember that it is just the beginning of our journey. With Unit-1 now synchronized, we are one step closer to enhancing our power generation capacity and serving the people. We must maintain this momentum, uphold our safety standards, and continue to work together seamlessly as we progress through the upcoming phases of this project.
